The conventional way of paying for litigation is by hourly rate. We believe that you will find our rates competitive and good value for money in relation to the level of experience we offer.

In certain circumstances it may be possible to work for you under a conditional fee agreement (commonly known as a ‘no win no fee agreement‘), alternatively a 'damages based agreement'.

Please note that we are unable to carry out work under public funding (Legal Aid)
